About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at Mardigan Executive LLC is responsible for managing various HR functions including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is pivotal in fostering a diverse and positive work environment, ensuring that employee benefits are administered effectively, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to HR management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Human Resources Manager to administer various employee benefits programs.
• Correspond with benefit providers to ensure accuracy of eligibility and enrollment information.
• Assist employees with benefits claim issues and plan changes.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for all roles and compose official offer letters.
• Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Assist with processing of employment onboarding and offboarding.
• Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.
• Support Performance Review and Succession Planning process.
• Assist in accurately processing and administering semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salary employees.

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
• Knowledge of payroll systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Experience in global human resources.
