About the position

The Human Resources Generalist/Training Specialist position at Adecco US, Inc. in Doral, Florida, is a multifaceted role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the overall HR function within the organization. This position is pivotal in managing HR communications and training initiatives, ensuring that employees are well-informed and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for the onboarding process, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires from the moment an offer is accepted until they are fully integrated into the company. In addition to onboarding, the role involves overseeing the Internal Branding Project, which is essential for promoting the company’s culture and values among employees. The HR Generalist/Training Specialist will also be responsible for sending out HR-related emails, managing Microsoft accounts, ordering business cards, coordinating car orders, setting up desks, and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for new employees. This includes preparing employee agreements, managing the E-Verify process, and announcing new hires through various channels, including the employee newsletter. Training is another critical aspect of this role, as the HR Generalist/Training Specialist will be tasked with training front desk employees and serving as a backup for front desk responsibilities. The position also requires the creation of employee profiles and organizational charts, which are vital for maintaining clear communication and structure within the company. Additionally, the HR Generalist will organize HR work and ensure that employee files are maintained accurately and securely, manage the Paid Time Off (PTO) file, and coordinate monthly birthday celebrations for employees. This role is integral to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all HR processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all HR communications & trainings.
  • Manage the Internal Branding Project.
  • Serve as the main contact for the onboarding process after an offer is received.
  • Send HR emails and manage Microsoft accounts.

Requirements

Benefits

  • Salary range of $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year.
