We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across all areas of HR, and is committed to enhancing the employee experience while supporting compliance, policy, and people operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers for HR-related inquiries and policy interpretation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Paylocity) and assist with compliance tracking.
  • Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and wellness program coordination.
  • Support employee relations, documentation, and policy updates as needed.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts including job postings, interview coordination, and pre-employment steps.
  • Assist in the administration of performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and coordinate with building management for facilities-related needs.
  • Help ensure the Marietta office runs smoothly and presents a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate internal events such as team lunches, celebrations, wellness activities, and company-wide meetings.
  • Support the execution of employee appreciation initiatives and engagement programs.
  • Maintain calendars and help plan HR-driven programs and culture-building campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, Office Manager, or similar hybrid role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment law; office operations experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
