About the position

As the Human Resources Generalist for our large Consumer Services group, you will provide comprehensive day-to-day HR support and serve as the primary contact for general HR questions and tactical issues. You will support approximately 400 employees located remotely across the country and partner closely with senior-level management, addressing their HR needs and ensuring effective collaboration. Your role will encompass operational support across various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, communication, engagement, and adherence to HR policies and procedures. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing performance-based metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to align with organizational goals. You will guide the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company. Additionally, you will draft and communicate important talent messages, assist in policy creation and enforcement, and support regular HR processes such as merit and bonus reviews, equity distribution, and employee engagement surveys. You will also manage HR system updates and employee change processes, facilitate team-building activities, and support new leader assimilation. Moreover, you will lead and participate in HR transformation projects and other ad hoc projects as needed, making this a dynamic and impactful role within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 2-3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a call center or consumer services environment. This role is designated as hybrid, requiring you to work 3 days per week out of one of our office locations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-3 years of generalist experience in HR, with a preference for experience in a call center or consumer services environment.
