You will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruiting new talent, onboarding new hires, and managing employee relations. In your daily responsibilities, you will actively participate in recruiting efforts by identifying and attending off-site events to attract potential candidates. You will also handle the onboarding process for new employees, which includes managing paperwork, verifying certifications and licenses, and conducting orientation presentations. Additionally, you will be involved in payroll processing and assist in various employee relations activities, ensuring that our staff has the support they need to thrive in their roles. As a leader of the Safety Committee, you will help promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
