As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. You will assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our workforce through effective HR practices and initiatives, making it essential for the candidate to be dedicated and proactive in their approach to human resources management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proficient in HR systems including Ceridian Dayforce
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Experience in employee relations and HR sourcing
  • Knowledge of training development processes
  • Familiarity with Human Resources best practices
