About the position

Platinum Pest Solutions is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Lansing, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR functions that are essential to the smooth operation of our organization. This role involves managing HR sourcing activities, assisting in recruitment processes, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of employees. The Human Resources Generalist will also be responsible for conducting new hire orientations and ensuring that all new employees are properly integrated into the company culture and operations. In addition to recruitment and onboarding, the Human Resources Generalist will utilize HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, and Ceridian for effective data management. This includes overseeing performance management processes and providing guidance to managers to ensure that performance evaluations are conducted fairly and consistently. The HR Generalist will also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and will manage social media accounts for HR-related initiatives to enhance the company's presence and engagement in the community.
