About the position

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including HR sourcing and leveraging tools like Taleo for applicant tracking.
  • Oversee performance management processes to ensure employee development and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate conflict management processes, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing HR-related contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within human resources.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Familiarity with workforce management principles and practices.
  • Experience using Taleo or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks and best practices.
  • Understanding of affirmative action planning processes is a plus.
  • Experience handling workers' compensation claims and related compliance issues.
  • Proficient in conflict management techniques to resolve workplace disputes effectively.
  • Ability to source candidates through various channels while leveraging technology for efficiency.
