About the Role: Working in accordance with the established mission, policies, and procedures, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Director with planning, coordinating and administering the personnel activities for the Community. This role is crucial in ensuring that the community operates smoothly and that all personnel-related activities are handled efficiently and effectively. The Human Resources Generalist will be involved in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations, ensuring that the community maintains a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Human Resources Director in planning and coordinating personnel activities for the community.
  • Administer employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations.
  • Support recruitment and selection processes to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration for employees.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of one year experience in a human resources role required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor regulations, personnel administration, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting and selection, and training and development.
