The Human Resources Generalist at Stark Tech plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and various HR functions. This position is focused on building a strong HR foundation while providing expertise to leadership in a rapidly growing company. The role emphasizes adaptability, strong communication, and customer service skills to effectively manage HR operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in various HR functions and initiatives.
• Provide HR expertise to leadership in designated regions.
• Assist in navigating HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
• Adapt to the changing environment of a rapidly growing company.
• Manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required.
• 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience with HRIS navigation and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws including state and federal regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
