Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and address conflicts as they arise.
  • Oversee benefits programs and ensure employees are informed about their options.
  • Support performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers on best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Update Human Resource policies to reflect current practices and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze Human Resource metrics and reports to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-sized companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
