About the position

CRDF Global is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR processes, including benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and employee relations. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and fostering an open-door culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of daily benefits administration, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with claims resolution.
  • Coordinate open enrollment and foster awareness around benefits and wellness initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for new benefit programs that provide value to the organization and the employee.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and present human resources and benefits information to new staff.
  • Administer requests for leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), short/long-term disability policies, and workers' compensation policy.
  • Maintain HRIS ensuring accurate data and personnel files are current.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts including screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding CRDF Global policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met and assist with filings for 403(b) plan, EEOC, Vets, and OSHA.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in benefits administration, compensation, and general HR support.
  • Bachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international organization is a plus.
  • Experience resolving complex benefits issues.
  • Excellent problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices and applicable laws.
  • 3+ years' experience using HRIS for maintaining employee data and online benefits enrollments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in an international organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Deltek/Costpoint is a plus.
