Responsibilities

• Overseeing recruiting efforts and coordinating interviews for new hires.
• Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
• Handling employee/labor relations and addressing conflicts.
• Conducting investigations as needed regarding employee issues.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Managing compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
• Organizing training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate employment records.
• Promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Assessing employee engagement levels and implementing strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Training and supervising staff providing operational and administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in related HR functions.
• Thorough knowledge of HR processes.
• Connecteam HRIS experience preferred.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Mandarin.
