About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center plays a crucial role in supporting the HR director and ensuring the effective administration of HR functions. This position focuses on employee training, compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment, all while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and assists in the implementation of new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Maintains employee file management system with updated information.
• Assists with employee training programs.
• Establishes and maintains training policies and procedures to support the development of TOATC employees in compliance with company standards.
• Responsible for all aspects of OSHA, HIPAA, and compliance programs.
• Learns and practices de-escalation techniques (may occasionally be exposed to high-stress environments).
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of basic human resources practices.
• Experience working with leadership teams.
• Ability to support and cultivate a learning environment.
• Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
• Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently.
• Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's in related fields.
• PHR or SHRM certification.
