In addition to recruitment and engagement, the Human Resources Generalist will ensure compliance with employment labor laws, which is critical for protecting both the company and its employees. You will manage various aspects of human resources functions, including payroll processing and data collection, which requires a strong proficiency in payroll systems and data management methods. Participation in strategic planning meetings will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to contribute to the overall direction of the HR department. Utilizing Paylocity for HR-related tasks will be a key part of your role, and you will assist with employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, and more. Managing the social media presence related to HR initiatives will also be part of your duties, requiring skills in social media management.
