The HR Generalist will also assist with various HR events and will be expected to take ownership of projects and tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be approachable, capable of building relationships, and skilled at managing competing priorities while driving results. The HR Generalist will be responsible for answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and hiring processes. They will coordinate full-cycle recruitment, maintain the applicant tracking system, and communicate with recruitment agencies. Additionally, the HR Generalist will conduct new hire orientation training, maintain accurate human resource files, audit employee personnel records, and assist in the administration of the benefits program and immigration services.
