The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to serve children and families in the Inland Empire. The HR Generalist will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will work closely with management to ensure that our HR policies and practices align with our organizational values and comply with all applicable regulations. The successful candidate will be energetic, organized, and committed to fostering a positive work environment that promotes inclusivity and diversity. In this position, the HR Generalist will be responsible for implementing and administering various HR initiatives, including Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Leadership Development Training. The role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The HR Generalist will also play a key role in maintaining employee records, monitoring leaves of absence, and managing worker's compensation claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be adept at providing counsel and coaching to management on a wide range of HR issues. Additionally, the HR Generalist will be responsible for facilitating training opportunities and ensuring that all staff are current with their training requirements. This role is essential in creating a productive work environment that encourages positive relationships among employees, volunteers, and members of the community.
