In addition to these tasks, you will maintain logs for applicant flow, drug screenings, orientation, and transfer requests, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Communication is vital in this role, as you will answer phone calls, record messages, and create office correspondence using a computer. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Human Resources, participating in project teams and training new hires on various processes, programs, policies, and information systems. Following company policies and procedures is essential, as is maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information. You will also be expected to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team in reaching common goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
