A solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations, along with a strong familiarity with wage and hour regulations, is necessary to navigate the complexities of HR management in a multi-location setting. This full-time role requires the candidate to be physically present at the Commack, NY location, and the ability to relocate before starting work is mandatory.
