The HR Generalist will also participate in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the HR department. In addition to administrative duties, the HR Generalist will oversee the organization's pension and benefits programs, ensuring that employees are well-informed and that the programs are compliant with relevant regulations. A key responsibility will be the development and maintenance of affirmative action programs, including the annual filing of the EEO-1 report and the upkeep of other essential records. The role also involves managing recruitment efforts for all personnel, conducting new employee orientations, and writing and placing job advertisements to attract top talent. Handling employee relations issues is another critical aspect of this position, as the HR Generalist will be tasked with addressing various employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment. The maintenance of HRIS data and records is essential, as is the compilation of reports as required by management. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience required.
