We are hiring! Are you ready to dive into a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your HR expertise can truly shine? LRE Water is on the hunt for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to jump into the action at our Denver office. This is not just a job—it's a chance to be at the heart of our dynamic Human Resources team, where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities. In this role, you'll be the go-to for a spectrum of HR functions, making sure our policies and programs aren't just followed but thrive. From navigating employee relations and spearheading employee management to ensuring we stay on the right side of labor laws, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a workplace where productivity and positivity flourish. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for documentation, record-keeping, auditing, and processing in your area of specialty. You will need to understand federal and state laws and apply them in all areas of HR. Acting as a subject matter expert with employment laws (especially ADA/FMLA) impacting the organization, you will support the HR Manager to resolve issues and provide coaching to employees and managers. You will coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Additionally, you will coordinate and deliver onboarding for newly hired employees, monitor and ensure timely benefits enrollment, and provide support and guidance to employees and managers in areas such as conflict resolution and HR policies and procedures. Your role will also involve coordinating the performance review process, offboarding employees, and working with teammates to help achieve departmental goals. You will provide training and coaching to junior staff and be open to suggestions and new ideas. This position requires you to complete tasks within the allotted time frame, produce high-quality work, and proactively and professionally communicate both internally and externally. You will demonstrate continuous effort to work efficiently and identify areas that can be elevated, suggesting and implementing process improvements with oversight from management. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, building relationships with carrier contacts to service employees and supervisory staff to create two-way communication lines between HR and management.
