About The Position
As a Human Resources Generalist at Highway Signing, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in partnering with organizational leaders to achieve strategic goals and foster a positive work culture. Your primary objectives will include creating and maintaining a supportive work environment, developing training programs, and enhancing employee relations and motivation. You will be responsible for workforce empowerment and employee retention, ensuring that the company complies with all relevant data and regulations. In your daily and monthly responsibilities, you will orient new employees and provide training to existing staff, monitor employee performance, and ensure that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment. You will oversee the health and safety of all employees, implement systematic staff development procedures, and provide counseling on company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will ensure meticulous implementation of benefits administration and communicate effectively with staff regarding issues that may affect their performance. Accurate record-keeping of employee information in both electronic and digital formats will also be a critical part of your role. Your efforts will help keep Highway Signing, Inc. compliant and out of legal troubles, ensuring a smooth operation of HR functions.
