About The Position
The HR Representative will be an influential member of the STgen Human Resources function. This position will report directly to the Director of HR and will support an employee population of at least 100 remote team members in addition to some HR function responsibilities. This is a hands-on HR support role where knowledge of the ST business, HR tools, and people is key to success. Additionally, this role will lead initiatives in staffing, employee reporting, compensation, and international HR support. The HR Representative will provide essential support to managers and employees across various locations, including Ohio, Wisconsin, and international staff, ensuring that HR processes are effectively implemented and maintained. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
