About the position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the personnel function within the company, which includes the administration of personnel records, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, and supporting various HR functions such as training, interviewing, and special projects. You will play a crucial role in developing successful client relationships and business partnerships, resolving both basic and complex problems by leveraging your HR knowledge and client relationships. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will need to anticipate business needs, think proactively, and respond appropriately to various situations. You will be expected to logically organize ideas on issues, develop thorough execution plans, and drive processes to successful implementation. Managing multiple projects concurrently will be a key part of your responsibilities, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation. Additionally, you may be assigned other projects or duties as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department and the company. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of related experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to balance conflicting points of view and function effectively under pressure.
  • Effective communication, written and grammar skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with HRIS and MS Office programs, with intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to follow-through to completion.
  • Track record of success working at a fast pace and adapting to a fluid business environment.
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer background and drug test.
