About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in human resources management, project management, and conflict resolution, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain workplace safety standards.
• Utilize third party system for HR data management, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with management on various HR projects to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential.
• Familiarity with project management principles is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus.
• Experience with conflict management techniques and employee relations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using HR information systems is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration across departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this role.
