About The Position
House of Hope (HOH) is in search of a talented, reliable individual to operate its Human Resources (HR) function. This full-time Human Resources Generalist will oversee many aspects of human resources practices and processes. The position coordinates all employee-related matters involving managing job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. People are our most important asset, and you'll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where the entire workforce works as one team in advancing HOH's mission, vision, and values.
