The Human Resources Generalist at New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry plays a crucial role in managing a variety of human resources functions. This position is responsible for implementing and assisting in the formulation of initiatives for staff development programs, assessing departmental training needs, and evaluating employees' skills to make informed recommendations. The HR Generalist will plan, schedule, and conduct workshops, develop training materials, and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
