About the position

Redpath USA Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Corporate HR Manager and other HR and Administrative Site Clerks to ensure the seamless operation of the Human Resources Department for our USA Operations. This position is located at our Corporate Offices in Sparks, Nevada, and is not a remote position. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for implementing various human resources programs and providing a wide range of HR services. These services include talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, labor relations, and assisting in immigration processing. You will also be responsible for completing personnel transactions, ensuring that all HR functions are executed efficiently and effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations and retention strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a compliant and safe work environment, as well as in promoting the overall well-being of our employees. Responsibilities

  • Implement human resources programs by providing HR services including talent acquisition and staffing.
  • Manage employment processing and compensation.
  • Oversee health and welfare benefits administration.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain records management and compliance with labor laws.
  • Support safety and health programs within the organization.
  • Assist in succession planning and employee relations.
  • Enhance employee retention strategies and compliance with labor relations.
  • Assist in immigration processing and complete personnel transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in various Human Resources fields.
  • Working knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with ADP payroll and Oracle Fusion is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • HR certification is a plus.
