Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the administration of HRIS, benefits administration, onboarding, terminations, and employee status changes.
  • Developing and overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process.
  • Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Promoting employee engagement through activities, details, and employee pampering.
  • Partnering with management on employee relations and conducting internal investigations.
  • Effectively communicating with all levels of management and employees within the facility.
  • Supporting department and company-wide special projects.
  • Ensuring that all written documentation related to human resources follows company objectives, local laws, and local regulations.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and talent acquisition processes where needed.
  • Offering support to employees on various HR-related issues.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 0-2 years of working experience in Human Resources.
  • Prior experience working in a shared service center or outsourcing operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both being able to work well with clients and teammates in person and remotely.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • The ability to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in several human resource functions, including HR policies and procedures.
  • Good time management skills and organizational skills.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years experience as HR Generalist.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or another related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and ATS platforms (Ashby).
  • Familiarity with HRIS administration (Rippling counts as double points).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, both written and verbal.
