About the position

PrimeRx is seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Uniondale, NY. This full-time on-site role involves overseeing a broad spectrum of HR functions that are critical to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and hiring, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the HR Generalist will facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, conduct orientation sessions, and assist in internal investigations as needed. The role also encompasses performance management, where the HR Generalist will implement and manage performance review processes to support employee development and align with organizational goals. Benefits management is another key responsibility, as the HR Generalist will oversee employee benefits programs and manage leave of absence requests. Compliance is paramount in this role; therefore, the HR Generalist will ensure that all HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, conducting regular audits to maintain compliance and improve HR processes. Moreover, the HR Generalist will engage in various HR projects to support departmental and organizational goals, requiring exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources (HR) Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Experience in Benefits Administration preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
