Connected Health Care is expanding its Human Resources team to support the rapid growth of our contract workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will be pivotal in managing essential HR functions such as onboarding/off-boarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and credentialing for our diverse staff of medical travelers and permanent placements in healthcare. This role is crucial in ensuring that our internal processes align with our mission to bridge the gap between inspired people and visionary companies. You will work closely with both candidates and clients to facilitate a seamless hiring process, ensuring that we find the best fit for both parties. Your contributions will directly impact job satisfaction, sustainable income, flexibility, and growth for our team members, as well as meaningful client success by helping them hire team members who make a significant impact in their communities. In this position, you will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our HR practices are effective and aligned with the company's goals.
