In the area of recruitment and onboarding, the HR Generalist will manage the full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across multiple business units. This includes creating and implementing employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The role also involves providing support to employees on various HR-related topics, promoting HR programs to foster a conflict-free workplace, and assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies. The HR Generalist will maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all employee records are accurately maintained and updated. They will administer health and welfare plans, coordinate the onboarding process, and assist in the benefits enrollment process. Additionally, the HR Generalist will play a key role in training and development by assisting in the creation and implementation of training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
