About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Indra Air Traffic Inc. This role is crucial for managing a wide range of HR functions and ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of these laws and will be responsible for various HR activities including regulatory reporting, benefits administration, employee relations, and the execution of HR policies and programs. In this position, you will ensure compliance with regulations such as FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA, AAP, OSHA, and HIPAA. You will manage regulatory reporting and recordkeeping, including EEO-1, VETS 4212, and ACA compliance. Additionally, you will administer employee benefits programs, handle qualifying events, and manage annual open enrollments. You will also assist with employee relations matters, providing support and guidance to both employees and managers. The onboarding process for new hires will be facilitated by you, ensuring a smooth transition into the company, and you will conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback that can improve retention strategies. Your role will involve adapting, implementing, and executing Indra Group HR policies in line with local requirements and company goals. You will assist in the administration of performance management processes and support the implementation of training plans and talent development initiatives. In the absence of the HR Director, you will act as a backup and may be considered a potential successor.
