About the position

As our HR Generalist, you will serve in a non-managerial leadership role overseeing a variety of HR functions, employee relations, leaves of absence, and policy guidance as examples. You will be a resource for team leaders and staff to perform with a consultative approach regarding our policies, processes and practices. You will lead project opportunities within our HR team, regarding innovative process improvements, training sessions, and problem-solving. You will join an experienced, passionate, and collaborative human resources team that is blending from a recent merger, to help fully integrate our organization regarding culture, values and community. You would be working in a hybrid environment with the expectation of a few days per week in the office as well as the ability to travel to other Clinica Family Health & Wellness clinics and facilities in Boulder, Broomfield, Adams counties on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of HR functions including employee relations and policy guidance.
  • Serve as a resource for team leaders and staff regarding HR policies and processes.
  • Lead project opportunities within the HR team for process improvements and training sessions.
  • Consult on employee-related challenges and problem-solving.
  • Support the integration of culture, values, and community post-merger.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or comparable experience preferred.
  • Two (2+) years' human resources experience.
  • Two (2+) years' experience with human resources programs, including benefits and compensation.
  • Two (2+) years' experience regarding leaves of absence including FMLA, FAMLI, ADA, and Workers' Compensation.
  • One (1+) year experience with HRIS system(s), specifically UKG.
