About the position

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within Strive Pharmacy. This position is essential for fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy enforcement, and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process
• Assist in managing human resources processes & procedures
• Recommend or participate in the development of new procedures
• Support local managers and Strive leadership in all aspects of HR
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure continued efficient operations of Strive
• Represent Strive with professionalism and the Strive values

Requirements

• 5+ years HR Generalist experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• PHR Certification required
• HRIS Implementation experience (Paylocity preferred) required
• Ability to travel to HR Quarterly meetings

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in human resource practices, regulations, and industry standards
• Familiarity with Paylocity and Google Workspace
• Proven experience in an HR generalist role, encompassing recruitment, compensation, and onboarding
• Strong track record of effective communication, both written and verbal
• Aptitude in planning and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment characterized by rapidly changing priorities, sensitive/confidential information, and demanding deadlines
