About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at a manufacturing facility located in Glendale, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in ensuring that all HR functions are effectively carried out at the plant level across two facilities, which are approximately 20 miles apart. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations, specifically tailored to the unique environment of a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within manufacturing, demonstrating the ability to interact with employees at all levels, from plant leadership to front-line supervisors and laborers. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be expected to handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and support the overall HR strategy of the organization. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as effective communication with a diverse workforce is essential. The HR Generalist will also assist in implementing training programs and initiatives that promote employee development and engagement. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certifications are preferred.
