About the position

Join Our Team as a Human Resources Generalist at Stealth Partner Group, an Amwins Group Company! The ideal candidate will be employee focused, proactive, highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy. This position will be located in Scottsdale, AZ and will be an in-office position with the ability to work from home up to 2 days a week, following a training period.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Life Cycle Administration: Process transactions associated with the employee life cycle (onboarding, status changes, pay changes, internal movement, offboarding, etc.)
  • Communication: Manage the shared Human Resource inbox providing first level of assistance to our employees.
  • Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Provide ongoing payroll, benefit administration, and leave of absence support.
  • Content Creation: Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and content creation.
  • Onsite Candidate Experience: Facilitate a pleasant and efficient on-site candidate experience.
  • Staffing Assistance: Assist the Manager, Talent Acquisition with ongoing staffing efforts.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as an office engagement and culture champion.
  • Ad Hoc: Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Human Resource coursework with 1-3 years Human Resource experience required.
  • High Attention to Detail: Analytical mindset with high attention to detail required.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), with strong Excel experience preferred.
  • EQ: Emotional intelligence with ability to navigate sensitive and difficult conversations.
  • Problem Solver: Creative problem solver with the ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously navigating changing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information at all times.
  • Empathy & Inclusivity: Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture.
