The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing all facets of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, leave management, and policy implementation. This position will collaborate closely with management to develop and implement programs that are designed to support our employees' professional development while aligning with company objectives and promoting work-life balance. Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from interviews to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain employee recognition programs.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration through HRIS system.
  • Assist management with dispute resolution, investigations, performance management, productivity enhancement and recognition.
  • Assist in developing departmental training procedures.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures in conjunction with a growing organization.
  • Collaborate with executive team to strategize future HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, while continually reviewing policies for compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Relevant Job Experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP.
