They will also manage various HR processes and programs, ensuring that business priorities are translated into effective HR strategies. In this role, the HR Administrator will perform general HR support in collaboration with operations, ensuring timely and accurate entries into HRIS databases. They will administer policies fairly and consistently, conduct audits and compliance functions, and maintain employee records in accordance with state and federal requirements. The position also involves monitoring employee engagement, performing employee relations functions, and adapting to a rapidly changing work environment.
