You will also design and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to contribute to our success. Additionally, you will lead our Retention, Rewards, and Recognition Employee Involvement Teams, driving initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will extend to counseling line management and associates on company policies and procedures, as well as overseeing administrative processes related to data management, compensation, and benefits administration. You will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that our HR practices align with both company values and legal standards.
