About The Position
As a Human Resources Generalist at Sephora's Las Vegas Distribution Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function within the organization. This position is designed for a full-time, salaried employee who will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks that contribute to the overall success of the distribution center. You will be involved in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with Sephora's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies. You will also assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing candidates, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed. In this role, you will collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for employees. You will also be involved in performance management processes, helping to set performance goals and conducting evaluations. Your ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights will be essential in driving HR initiatives that support the business objectives of the distribution center.
