About the position

As a Human Resources Generalist at Crane Payment Innovations (CPI), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Service HR Leadership team within a dynamic and growing service business. This position is essential for ensuring that our ~500 employees across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom receive the HR support they need. You will be the first point of contact for Service Managers and Field Technicians, addressing their HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on various policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include advising employees on HR policies, conducting training sessions on HR management cycles, and facilitating discussions regarding benefits, leaves of absence, and disability options. In addition to policy advising, you will manage HR communications, acting as the central point of contact for interdepartmental projects and ensuring that key stakeholders, including employees and leadership, are kept informed. Your role will also encompass recruitment and hiring processes, where you will assist in screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the new hire onboarding process. This includes conducting New Hire Orientation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. You will also handle off-boarding processes, including scheduling exit interviews and processing departure information. As you grow into the role, you will gradually take on employee relations responsibilities, including conducting investigations related to Global Information Security incidents.
