About the position

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony. This position is crucial for managing the full employee life cycle, which includes onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Human Resources Generalist will also assist in recruitment processes, which involve job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to find the best candidates for our organization. In addition to recruitment, the HR Generalist will support workforce management activities such as scheduling and attendance tracking. Utilizing HRIS systems for data entry and reporting is a significant part of this role, as it helps maintain accurate employee records and facilitates efficient HR operations. The candidate will also handle various administrative tasks related to HR operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. Moreover, the HR Generalist will contribute to talent management strategies, including succession planning, and will stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure the company remains compliant. A critical aspect of this role is overseeing OSHA compliance within the organization, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities
