We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including benefits administration, payroll, and strategic planning. This role requires a deep understanding of employment labor laws and human capital management. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes, and manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy. You will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance human capital management and collaborate with leadership on organization design and workforce planning. Utilizing iCIMS or similar ATS for recruitment and onboarding processes will be part of your responsibilities. You will lead HR projects from inception to completion, utilizing strong project management skills, and ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in employment labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience in strategic planning and human capital management

  • Proficient in iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Contract negotiation skills
