About the position

The Human Resources Generalist at Allegiance Behavioral Health is responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting the organization's HR initiatives. This role involves talent acquisition, data management, and overseeing HR programs, while also handling billing for insurances. The ideal candidate will contribute to a professional and agile work environment, ensuring effective HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Utilize HRIS systems such as SAP, Kronos, and Workday for data management and reporting
• Assist in strategic planning and implementation of HR programs
• Oversee social media management related to HR activities
• Coordinate and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex and Oracle for processing payroll
• Handle workers' compensation claims and related processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Organize employee files
