In the realm of recruitment and staffing, the HR Generalist develops and updates job descriptions, prepares recruitment materials, and posts job openings on appropriate job boards. They utilize various sourcing methods, including databases and social media, to attract candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Once candidates are selected, the HR Generalist facilitates the onboarding process to ensure new employees are fully integrated into the organization. The role also involves managing employee relations by serving as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving complex issues, and conducting thorough investigations when necessary. The HR Generalist must maintain a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements related to employee management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
