The Human Resources Generalist position at Legrand is a multifaceted role that encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist will also act as a liaison between manufacturing facilities and Corporate HR, facilitating communication and ensuring that all parties are informed about ongoing initiatives and issues. The position requires a proactive approach to health and safety administration, including understanding workplace hazards and managing employee work restrictions. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for benefits administration, ensuring that programs such as medical, dental, life, and disability insurance are effectively managed and communicated to employees.
