About the position

The Talent and Culture Administrator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture department. This position is responsible for maintaining employment records related to various employment events such as terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions. The administrator will coordinate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes and employee leaves, ensuring that all related documentation is accurately maintained and tracked. Additionally, the role involves processing qualifying event benefit changes in the SAP system and following up on new employee benefit enrollments and dependent documentation. The administrator will also conduct exit interviews and manage the off-boarding process for departing employees. This includes completing reports for Verification of Employment and I-9 forms, as well as responding to and processing unemployment claims. The role requires coordination of employee benefit meetings, including annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings, and Health Fairs. Furthermore, the administrator will administer the employee Recognition Program and Service Awards, manage attendance warnings for hourly employees, and coordinate, schedule, and track training participation. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the department's functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
  • Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves including distribution, maintaining and tracking all FMLA leaves and related records
  • Process qualifying event benefit changes in SAP
  • Follow up and maintain new employee benefit enrollment and dependent documentation
  • Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding
  • Complete reports for Verification of Employment and I-9's
  • Respond and process unemployment claims
  • Coordinate employee benefit meetings, including annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings and Health Fair
  • Administer employee Recognition Program and Service Awards
  • Administer attendance warnings for all hourly employees
  • Coordinate, schedule and track training participation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Two (2) years of Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP HR systems experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish reading, writing & speaking
