About the position

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This position involves applying business knowledge and HR expertise to enhance recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations, contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Handle workplace disputes, conduct investigations, and resolve grievances.

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Outstanding knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
