You will collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent. Additionally, you will support benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave. Your participation in job fairs and college recruitment activities will be crucial in attracting new talent to our organization. You will also assist with employee engagement initiatives and maintain a functional knowledge of federal, state, and local legal regulations and processes to ensure compliance and best practices in HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure successful selection and onboarding of top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
